职位月薪： 面议
岗位职责：
1.Own and manage the full product lifecycle (C&F through development, release, and obsolescence). Support to create product definitions/specifications (MRS), option definitions, and CES.
• Drive project management: allocate resources, track R&D parts delivery, and ensure schedules are met for CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) and new product projects. Organize design reviews, prepare project timelines, and monitor execution.
• Assist Line Manager in organizing formal product release meetings and compiling documentation for Alpha Exit and Beta Exit.
• Help create and review order configurations (RFQs & SSCs) .
• Manage the release and shipment of CIP items to the installed base.
• Oversee Safety Stock List (SSL) management.

• Establish, update, and implement R&D quality management systems; coordinate ISO audits.

岗位要求
1. Master’s degree (or higher) in engineering (automation, mechanical, electronics, or related fields).
2. Ability to multitask and work cross‑functionally.
3. Excellent English business writing skills.
4. Proficient in Excel modeling, presentation creation, oral presentations, project management, and analytical skills.
5. Passionate about the semiconductor equipment industry, with strong learning motivation and aptitude, and able to quickly master new knowledge and skills.
6. Proven ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
7. Strong logical thinking, problem‑solving, self‑motivation, and strong ownership.
1. 硕士及以上学历，工程类专业（自动化、机械、电子等或相关领域）。
2 具备多任务处理能力和跨部门协作能力。
3. 优秀的英文商务写作能力。
4. 熟练掌握Excel建模、演示材料制作、口头汇报、项目管理和分析技能。
5. 对半导体设备行业有热情，学习动力和学习能力强，能快速掌握新知识和新技能。
6. 具备与各级员工有效沟通的成熟能力。
