职位核心职责：
1. 实验室日常机台维护任务： 简单的日常点检和小维护，报警信息的汇总归纳和报告，故障机台数据的提取和打包。
2. 实验室日常管理任务： 物料的请点、核查和存储，工具的整理收纳和校核，现场6S、质量体系的各类现场记录表单的执行记录。跟踪硬件特性演进与性能表现，为工艺演示提供技术支持。
3. 实验室日常文档任务： 机台运行日志的记录，实验室故障案例的总结，常用操作流程和规范的起草，机台技术手册的素材收集和整理，半导体加工设备新操作规范（BKM，最佳实践方法论）的起草。
4. 协助其他部门技术人员来MO部门实验室机台或管理区域内的其他附属设备进行研发项目的测试和数据采集，并维护现场的安全操作和质量管控秩序。
5. 参与设计师的新项目，新机型的现场搭建和功能测试，协调供应商和团队其他成员的数据汇总，反馈开发阶段性文档。
6. 参与执行客户投诉的相关实验，采集并分析数据，起草内部报告。
Job Responsibilities:
Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily inspections and minor maintenance on lab equipment. Summarize and report alarm logs; analyse, dig and summary data.
Lab Operations & Support: Manage inventory (check in & out, verification, and storage); organize and calibrate tools; maintain 6S standards and complete QE system records. Track hardware performance trends and provide technical support for process engineers.
Documentation: Maintain equipment operation logs and summarize issue cases data reports. Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs), compile technical manual materials, and develop Best Known Methods (BKMs) for semiconductor processing equipment.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Assist R&D teams with testing and data collection on MO lab equipment and auxiliary devices, while ensuring on-site QEHS in order.
New Product development: Support on-site setup and functional testing for new projects and CIPs. Coordinate data collection with suppliers and team members, and provide feedback on progress development documentation.
Customer Complaint Resolution: Execute experiments related to customer complaints, collect and analyze data, and draft internal investigation reports.
