岗位职责 Job Responsibility
1.制造部工艺流程管理: 了解制造部的工艺流程，新产品导入流程，确保生产过程高效、合规; 与产品部，质量，产线等部门合作，确保工艺流程符合产品要求和安全规范。
MFG Manufacturing process management: Understand the flow of the manufacturing process and New production Transduce to Ensure product manufacturing process efficient, compliant; Work closely with the product team, quality team, and production team to Ensure Manufacturing process flow meets product requirements and safety regulations.
2. 评估和改进生产工艺，提高生产效率、降低成本并提高产品质量
Evaluate and improve Manufacturing processes to increase production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality;
3.编写标准作业指导书
Develop OMS and support QE team to develop production checklist.
4.定义和维护MFG 工艺标准
Define and Maintain MFG Workmanship stardard
5. 跟踪和解决产品制造组装测试过程中的问题
Follow-up and Solving product installation and final test issues
岗位要求：
1. 理工类本科以上学历
Bachelor degree or above in science and technology.
2. Microsoft Office 办公软件运用，如Excel、word、powerpoint 等。
Microsoft Office applications,such as Excel、word、powerpoint etc. 以及AutoCAD 及 Solidworks。
3.具备基本的英语阅读、书写、交际能力。
Have basic English reading，writing and communication skills.
4. 良好的沟通表达能力和团队意识，良好的产品质量和客户意思；良好的执行李和工作主人翁意识。
Good cmmunication skills and team spirit；good product quality concept and customer awareness；good executive ability and sense of ownership.
