职位描述

职位概述：

负责信息化和数字化项目从启动到交付，至后期系统运维的全过程实施

岗位职责：

1,组织业务部门确认项目范围、交付目标，梳理业务流程和分析具体的业务需求，最终转化为可执行的实施文档或需求文档；

2, 与系统架构团队一起完成系统的安装部署，包括搭建服务器、配置操作系统与网络、安装配置软件、系统初始化与数据迁移等工作，确保系统成功上线；

3，编写操作手册等文档，为客户提供系统操作培训，并技术相关的技术支持；

4，负责和协助系统验收与交付，包括整理培训手册、实施报告、验收报告等

5，系统上线后，日常技术支持与运维，解答用户问题并排除故障；同时，收集用户反馈，持续推动系统优化

Job overview: Responsible for the entire process implementation of informationization and digitization projects, from initiation to delivery, and to the later stage of system operation and maintenance

Job Responsibilities:

1. Organize the business department to confirm the project scope and delivery objectives, sort out business processes, and analyze specific business requirements, ultimately transforming them into executable implementation documents or requirement documents;

2. Work with the system architecture team to complete the installation and deployment of the system, including setting up servers, configuring operating systems and networks, installing and configuring software, system initialization, and data migration, to ensure the successful launch of the system;

3，Edit operation manuals and other documents, provide system operation training for customers, and offer technical support related to technology;

4. Be responsible for and assist in system acceptance and delivery, including organizing training manuals, implementation reports, acceptance reports, etc

5. Provide daily technical support and operation and maintenance after system goes online, reply user questions, and troubleshoot issues; meanwhile, collect user feedback and continuously promote system optimization

岗位要求：

1.全日制硕士毕业生，本科阶段为计算机科学与技术、软件工程、电子信息工程等相关专业，硕士阶段除相同专业外，也可以接受人工智能、数据科学与大数据技术、信息管理与信息系统等专业；

2，扎实的技术基础：熟悉操作系统（如Windows/Linux），数据库（如SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle)以及网络知识；

3，优秀的沟通与表达能力，积极主动的工作态度，认真细致，有责任心，目标导向，能够与团队高效协作

4，严谨的逻辑思维能力、解决问题的韧性和较强的抗压能力

5，良好的文档撰写能力

6，有系统实施项目实习经验者、PMP认证者优先

1. Full-time master's degree graduates of the 2027 session, with undergraduate degrees in computer science and technology, software engineering, electronic information engineering, or related majors. For the master's degree, in addition to the same majors, majors such as artificial intelligence, data science and big data technology, information management and information systems are also acceptable;

2. Solid technical foundation: Familiar with operating systems (such as Windows/Linux), databases (such as SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle), and network knowledge;
