职位描述

Responsibilities:

Support senior members in their daily work.

Create model numbers, drawings, BOMs, and testing reports.

Design testing fixtures, collect testing data, and analyze results.

Issue purchase orders for parts and follow up on delivery status.

Build lab tools and test functions as needed.

Collaborate with functional groups to develop integration, testing, and shipping procedures.

Troubleshoot problems, perform Root Cause Analysis, and resolve engineering issues.

岗位职责

协助资深工程师开展日常工作；

编制型号、工程图纸、物料清单（BOM）及测试报告；

设计测试工装治具，采集测试数据并完成结果分析；

下达零部件采购订单，跟进物料交付进度；

根据需求搭建实验室工装、调试测试功能；

跨职能部门协同，制定整机集成、测试及出货流程；

排查设备故障，开展根本原因分析，处理各类工程技术问题。

Requirements:

MS degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Familiarity with engineering materials, manufacturing processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques.

Proficient with engineering design software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

Experience with FEA software for strength analysis of design.

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

任职要求

机械工程专业硕士学历；

熟悉工程材料、加工制造工艺、质量管控、成本核算及相关工程技术；

熟练使用 SolidWorks、AutoCAD 等工程设计软件；

具备使用有限元分析（FEA）软件开展结构强度分析的相关经验；

具备优秀沟通能力，拥有良好团队协作意识。
