职位概述：
作为厂务电气工程师，你将参与厂区高、低压供配电系统及弱电智能化系统的全生命周期管理，旨在培养具备系统设计优化、故障根因分析与能效管理能力的厂务技术骨干。你将有机会参与新建或改扩建项目的电气规划，在与暖通、给排水等多专业协同中，保障工厂电力系统的安全、可靠与高效运行。
主要职责：
1.负责厂区高压供配电系统（10kV）、低压配电柜及应急电源（UPS/柴油发电机）的日常运维管理与技术审核。
2.参与新建或改扩建项目的电气规划设计，包括负荷计算、电缆选型、继电保护整定及电力监控系统（SCADA）方案优化。
3.负责厂务弱电智能化系统（如智慧厂务系统及能源管理系统EMS）的运维与参数调优。
4.对电气系统突发故障进行根因分析，并制定预防性维护策略以提升供电可靠性。
5.协同暖通、给排水等专业，制定并执行电气设备的年度预防性维护（PM）计划和能效改善方案。
6.编制电气系统标准化作业指导书（SOP）。
1.Manage the daily operation and maintenance of the plant's high-voltage power distribution system (10kV), low-voltage switchgear, UPS, and diesel generators.
2.Support electrical planning and design for new or renovation projects, including load calculation, cable selection, relay protection, and SCADA system optimization.
3.Oversee the operation and maintenance of intelligent systems such as the Smart Facility Management System and Energy Management System (EMS).
4.Conduct root cause analysis for electrical failures and implement preventive maintenance strategies to ensure power reliability.
5.Work with HVAC and plumbing teams to develop annual preventive maintenance (PM) plans and energy efficiency programs for electrical equipment.
6.Prepare and update standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for electrical systems.
岗位要求：
1.本科与硕士阶段均为电气工程、建筑电气与智能化、电力系统及其自动化等相关专业。
2.扎实掌握电力系统分析、继电保护、高电压技术或建筑供配电等核心课程知识。
3.熟悉AutoCAD 软件，能独立看懂并审核一次/二次电气原理图。对工业通讯协议（如Modbus、BACnet）及物联网架构有一定了解者优先。
4.扎实的电气电子理论和严谨的逻辑思维能力。
5.英语六级（CET-6）及以上，优秀的英文读写能力。
6.认真细致，有责任心，具备良好的电气安全意识。
7.积极主动，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神,具备较强的抗压能力和解决问题的韧性。
1.Master's graduate in Electrical Engineering, Building Electrical and Intelligence, Power System and Automation, or related fields (both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in consistent disciplines).
2.Solid knowledge in power system analysis, relay protection, high voltage engineering, or building power supply and distribution.
3.Familiar with AutoCAD and able to read and review primary/secondary electrical schematics. Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, BACnet) and IoT architecture is a plus.
4.Strong electrical engineering fundamentals and logical thinking.
5.CET-6 or above with excellent English reading and writing skills.
6.Meticulous, responsible, and with strong electrical safety awareness.
7.Be able to travel domestically and international.
